Apple iPad is an elegant tablet

There are a number of specialized tablets out there like the Wacom tablets that have been specifically designed for the digital artist. With their stable tablet design, pressure sensitive pens and bundled software like Photoshop Elements, these tablets have all the tools necessary for quality design work.
The Apple iPad is an elegant tablet with it’s rounded edges but it may not be the best form factor available for use as a sketchpad. It’s believed that Apple is working on a new iPad tablet that will be pressure sensitive and have an improved form factor, thereby meeting the needs of graphic designers, but until that tablet comes to light, Psychic Factory has come out with a conceptual product called iSketch.
iSketch is a device that fits tightly around your iPad making it a much more stable platform that can be used for drawing or sketching. Not only does iSketch function as an external docking station, but it also adds a 1-inch protective buffer zone around your drawing tablet and within this 1-inch of space, the designers propose the addition of a battery charger so that you’ve always got a charged device when meeting with clients.
