It’s no secret that MTV stirs up plenty of fictional drama to keep viewers tuning into The Hills, but now even the show’s stars have stopped pretending it has anything to do with “reality.”
Kristin Cavallari told People.com bluntly, “Nothing you see on TV is real. Fans need to understand it’s all entertainment. It’s all in fun. I would never put my close friends or a real relationship on a show.”
Cavallari has spent much of the present season flirting with Brody Jenner, and it’s common knowledge that they’re both attached to other people. Jenner recently had Avril Lavigne’s name tattooed on his body, while Kristin admitted she’s seeing MTV cameraman Miguel Medina.
She added, “I was really hurt by the way I was portrayed on Laguna Beach, so I took a break from that kind of stuff. But when I decided to come back and do The Hills, I told myself it’s just a job. It’s all work. It’s all fun.”

This is what I call my Fighting Knife design. The emerald green fiber optic blade makes this knife a rather striking display piece. I enjoy picking it up, feeling it weld to my hand and watching the blade shimmer and dance in the light.

There’s been a rumor lately that “Google’s WiSpy snooping could have sucked up and recorded communications from members of Congress, some of whom are involved in national security issues.” However, the big question is, if it were true, why didn’t these networks have any end-to-end encryption?
A better purpose, it would seem, would be to show that government officials entrusted with issues of national security are apparently broadcasting information out to the public over unencrypted networks – perhaps this merits an investigation.
